Every photo-shoot is a chance to create an unforgettable experience with images. Honestly, it is easy to get caught up in the trap of feeling that you require a fancy set up, backdrop and costumes in order to create a magical photo-shoot, but that simply isn’t true.

Take Emily: a simple, lovely girl. All we had is a little black dress from my closet and a weathered fence in the Pasco neighborhood. With a pinch of creative vision, it is transformed into a beautiful maiden in an enchanted forest.

The simplicity of the shoot let me focus on the subject and the delicate and mystical mood that I wanted to embody in her posing. Fine Art is my first love and any shoot that gives me the chance to infuse mystical, otherworldly, painterly aspects to it, will get me lost in it for days.

Emily took on the the role so incredibly during the overcast day, embracing the leaves and wind as they wove themselves into her blonde hair.
